Diggs is the main protagonist of Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore. He is a former police dog who was taken out of his position due to many mistakes, including blowing up a used car dealership. He was also seen in Cats and Dogs 3 for a brief moment in a police car giving Gwen and Roger directions.

Personality[]
Diggs is quite arrogant, dimwitted, rebellious, impulsive, egotistical and self-centered, but is also friendly and caring to others.
He also appears to have a crush on Catherine.
Diggs is Ticklish which is Proven when Catherine's Nieces Tickle his Tummy.
